Eye movements (PLER)

The PLER process for releasing repressed emotions is a trauma release technique and a tool for reprogramming beliefs. This system makes use of the natural information management that occurs during sleep. Information from the previous day is analyzed and classified in the preconscious mind. In the event of a traumatic event or strong emotion, the unconscious is unable to classify the information, leaving it to be classified in the unconscious, which can lead to symptoms such as unexplained anxiety, phobias and even physical symptoms.

The PLER enables information to be filed more quickly. One session is usually enough to process an event.
